Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date received. (ONLINE ONLY)
Items on sale are returnable only for in-store or online credit. Items on 50% off or above are final sale.
Shipping is non-refundable.
En Avance does not cover return shipping cost. The client is responsible for shipping charges on returns.

Purchases made in-store are non-refundable. Store Credit only.
The merchandise must be returned new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered with the original tags attached. Returns that are damaged, used, worn, or not returned as the original condition, will be sent back to you at your expense.
Securely pack the merchandise in a box or envelope of your choice (You may also return it in its original package if possible). Please include the invoice and the receipt in the package.
You may also return the merchandise to our store. Make sure you have your invoice present when returning merchandise to the store.
Please contact at firstname.lastname@example.org if any of your purchases have been delivered without tags.
Shoes should be returned in new, undamaged, unworn condition in its original shoebox including dustbag. Shoes that are returned with no box or in a damaged box with an unacceptable condition will be sent back to you at your expense.
Bags should be returned new, undamaged, with its original tags, box, and dustbag. Bags that are returned with no tags and unacceptable condition will be sent back to you at your expense.
All clothing should be returned new, unworn, undamaged, unwashed, unaltered, with its original tags, or garment bags. Clothing that are returned damaged, with makeup stains or soiled, with no tags and unacceptable condition will be sent back to you at your expense.
Sunglasses must be return new, unworn, with its original tags, and box. We won’t accept sunglasses that are returned damaged, broken, and scratched with no original box.
Home products such as plates, candles, diffusers, blankets, and pillows must be returned new, unused, unopened, in its original packaging.
Books must be returned with its original box or packaging, otherwise we will not accept them.
BEAUTY PRODUCTS, FRAGRANCE, LINGERIE, SWIMWEAR, ALL ACCESSORIES INCLUDING HATS, BELTS, HAIR ACCESSORIES, SCARVES AND ALL FINAL SALE PRODUCTS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
Refunds will be returned by the method of payment you chose for the original order. It can only be applied to the same credit card. You may also use Store Credit.
If your order has been sent to a destination within the US or Canada, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the US and Canada, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through En Avance. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise.
Please note card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.
